I can't find my charity

If you can't find your charity on Thrift+, try searching the PayPal Giving Fund website. There are two things that could happen:

1. Your charity appears on the PayPal Giving Fund

Now, check your charity’s profile to find the listed charity source. If it says ‘Charity Commission’ or anything other than the PayPal Giving Fund, it won’t appear on our list. We recommend reaching out to the PayPal Giving Fund or checking their help centre to change this.

2. Your charity does not appear on the PayPal Giving Fund

We pull our database directly from PayPal Giving Fund. So if you can’t find your charity on their website, it won’t appear on our list. In this case, you’ll need to enrol with PayPal Giving Fund.
